● Implement and continually refine structured onboarding programs, clear performance frameworks (e.g., structured evaluations, competency-based assessments), ensuring fairness, consistency, and clarity.
● Support rigorous application of Zeraki’s performance management processes, emphasizing growth and development.
● Identify high-potential employees through structured performance reviews and develop tailored development pathways aligned with established career ladders.

Workforce Planning & Succession:
● Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs aligned with Zeraki’s growth objectives, focusing especially on cultivating talent internally.
● Lead structured succession planning efforts to ensure readiness for critical positions through consistent talent development and structured assessments.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
● Use structured engagement frameworks and clear career progression opportunities to foster high employee satisfaction and retention.
● Champion internal mobility and clear career paths, enabling employees to see and pursue growth opportunities within Zeraki.

Data & Analytics:
● Monitor and analyze key talent KPIs (e.g., hiring quality, retention, succession readiness), leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategy.
● Learn and integrate advanced analytics, including AI-driven tools, to enhance decision-making, predict talent trends, and optimize workforce performance.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related fields.

  • Approximately 3-4 years of work experience, ideally in an HR generalist, recruitment, or talent development role.

  • Demonstrated foundational understanding of structured onboarding, recruitment practices, and performance management frameworks. Experience or strong interest in learning data-driven talent management methods is preferred.

  • Candidates with strong generalist HR backgrounds, analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn structured methodologies and analytics tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
